Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, without structural damage, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. As a product engineering firm, we take structural integrity seriously. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Custom Orders: Personalized items or special orders (such as custom colors or text) cannot be returned.

Heat Damage: Our products are crafted from high-quality PLA. Returns are not accepted for items warped due to exposure to extreme heat (e.g., being left in a hot vehicle or direct sunlight), as this is a limitation of the material and not a manufacturing defect.

Sale Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Restocking Fee Please note that all returns (except those due to shipping damage or manufacturing defects) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This covers the labor and machine time associated with our made-to-order manufacturing process.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
