Shipping policy

At Sharq Labs, we combine engineering precision with efficient logistics. Each piece—from our modular organizers to our fluted phone stands—is 3D printed to order in our Birmingham, Alabama workshop.

1. Processing & Lead Times

Because every item is custom-made, we require a small window to ensure print quality meets our mechanical standards.

  • Standard Processing: 1–3 business days.

  • Custom/Bulk Orders: 3–5 business days.

  • Note: Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US Federal Holidays. You will receive a notification once your order moves from the "Printing" phase to "Shipped."

2. Domestic Shipping (USA)

We offer several shipping tiers at checkout to balance speed and cost. Please note that delivery estimates begin after the processing/printing period is complete.

  • Economy Shipping: (2–7 business days). Our most cost-effective option for residential deliveries.

  • Standard Shipping: (1–5 business days). Recommended for faster, day-definite delivery.

  • Express Shipping: (2 business days). Best for gifts and urgent office upgrades.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been precision-printed and handed to the carrier, you will receive an automated email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and for tracking data to appear.

5. Address Accuracy & Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Carrier Fees: UPS and FedEx charge significant "Address Correction" fees for missing apartment numbers or typos. Sharq Labs is not responsible for these fees or for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • P.O. Boxes: If you provide a P.O. Box, we will ship your order via USPS to ensure delivery, as FedEx and UPS have limitations on P.O. Box shipments.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We hope to expand to international markets soon!

7. Damages & Quality Issues

The structural integrity of our 3D prints is a priority. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us at contact@sharqlabs.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will work toward a replacement or refund.

8. Heat Warning (PLA Plastic)

Most of our products are crafted from high-quality PLA. Please note that PLA begins to soften at temperatures above 130°F (55°C). Sharq Labs is not responsible for products warped due to exposure to extreme heat (such as being left in a hot car, a sun-drenched mailbox, or direct sunlight for extended periods).
